Julie Bickman is responsible for corporate Human Resources oversight at The Jamar Company and affiliate business units.
In this role, she’s a leader of the company’s initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce development, benefits, compensation, employee relations and performance management. It is her responsibility to guide and advise operational leaders and direct organizational compliance.
Julie has 20 years of Human Resource and leadership experience, including recruitment, compensation, onboarding, training, employee & labor relations, and performance management. Julie attended Concordia University for Human Resource Management and considers it an honor to serve on advisory boards and local committees where she’s able to share her knowledge and passion for workforce development.
Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and extended family relaxing by the lake, reading, an occasional golf game and of course, traveling to warm places during the Minnesota winters.
